2.1 equip teachers with the skills in innovation, Education 4.0 and

2.2 align the teaching-learning and assessment process with the basic
methods and goals of Education 4.0 and Futures Thinking
2.3 develop innovation project proposals anchored on the principles and
processes of Education 4.0 and/or Futures Thinking

3) The participants in this activity are the 461 elementary and secondary
school teachers in the District of Masinloc.
4) A registration fee of Php 400.00 shall be collected from the participants to
defray expenses for meals and other related expenses.
5) The following guidelines in the conduct of this activity shall be observed:
5.1 Participants are advised to bring their laptop, extension cord and
portable wifi devices
5.2 Minimum health standards shall be maintained.
IV. PROPOSED VENUE: 3rd Floor Masinloc Municipal Hall, Masinloc, Zambales
V. RATIONALE:
opportunities that they might face during the years ahead and as such,
understanding how aware our teacher of the possible, probable and preferable
futures are is quite important. As such, it allows identifying synergies between the
fields of futures studies and education since both fields deal with broad societal
challenges in its very core.

teachers and the reasons for the teachers to explore Futures Studies and the
tools/methods the field proposes.
VI. OBJECTIVES:
This two-day activity aims to:
equip teachers with the skills on innovation, Education 4.0, and
Futures Thinking;
align the teaching-learning and assessment process with the basic
methods and goals of Education 4.0 and Futures Thinking;
develop innovation project proposals anchored on the principles and
processes of Education 4.0 and/or Futures Thinking;
craft a School Plan relative to this activity.
