REFLECTIONS

In teaching, the teacher always makes sure that every skill that he or she will impart to the
learners is suitable to their individual differences which includes their needs, abilities, learning styles and
interests.

The way the teacher delivers the lesson, it is free from discrimination in which the learners will
be comfortable in dealing and working with his or her classmates and with the teacher without any
doubts.

The teacher knows when to speak and when to listen. He or she is willing to listen the learner’s
concerns.
