This ILMP reflects how my intervention
plans were laid out for my two learners
who are lagging behind. It is evident how I
applied more intervention strategies which
may include people around them who can
guide them and modifying activities based
on their capacity. I did the home visitation
and online kumustahan, these two learners
are now mindful of the performance tasks
and written outputs that they need to
submit on a specified date in their Weekly
Home Learning Plan.

For learners’ better understanding, I made sure
that the instructions are brief and concise,
highlighting the Learning Tasks to be accomplished
and the page where these can be found. Also, I only
have selected learning tasks which I think is
appropriate to my learners’ level of understanding
and not to bombard them with a lot of tasks to
perform in a single subject. I also made sure that
this activity will lead them to the mastery of the
Most Essential Learning Competency. To make
sure that my learners are not pressured with the
time and to give them considerations, deadline for
submission was scheduled two weeks after
distribution.

New normal education has made us, teachers, adapt
and be equipped on how to deliver learnng, specially
the Most Essential Learning Competencies, to our
learners. I was chosen as one of the selected teachers
in the division to be a keywriter in developing the Self
Learning Module (SLM). We also had learning
intervention through the Project SLI, wherein we
provided our leraners modified and simplified learning
materials. To ensure a relevant, valid and proper
learning materials, our school principal have validated
and critiqued all of its parts. Meanwhile, I was able to
develop a video lesson in Arts and PE 1 and it was
streamed online in our division. Online Kumustahan
was also done to help the learners with the topics
which they find difficult.

Part of my Professional Development Plans is to

enhance my skills to master my craft. This was done
through participating in any professional development
webinars, trainings and workshops. The knowledge I
got from these was utilized by crafting contextualized
learning delivery modality-appropriate learning
materials for my learners. Several supplementary
materials like video lessons, contextualized learning
materials and activity sheets were produced and
shared among other learners and teachers in oour
Division.

Online kumustahan and continuous open

communication with my learners are some of the
effective strategies I used to keep track of my learners
and to know what are the challenges they encounter. I
also send them updates regarding the schedule of FB
Live Video Lesson Streaming. Timely, effective and
constructive feedbacks highlighting the areas they
need to improve on helped my learners cope with the
lesson.

Several LAC sessions were held and conducted by the
school focusing on the most essential topics (i.e.
contextualization and localization, integration and
utilization of online collaborative platforms). Faculty
meetings were also held for updates and technical
assistance to teachesr and for sharing of best practices.
In-Service Training for Teachers was also conducted.
This did not only provide rooms for us teachers to
learn new things but it also opened a door of
opportunity for us to grow professionally as we
acquire more knowledge about ICT.

The pictures show my conversations with some
parents regarding their inquiries about some topics
that are a bit difficult or beyond their
understanding. Also, parents notified me if they’ve
already received the modules of their learners. To
help learners and parents get and return their
modules and worksheets on time, parent leaders
were formed and different kiosks were stationed in
different places.
