- Making a Bulletin Board Display

Task 1: Notice
a. Perform the activity in page 39.

Participate and Assist

 What will you do to assist your mentor in setting up a conducive learning environment in the following
conditions
1.     Bulletin Board Display- I will help my mentor by conducting creative research and
creating a poster.pick  engaging images for feature on the display and add elements
2.     Small Group Discussion- I would suggest asking students to divide in small groups and
democratically discuss a prompt provided by the instructor.I will also give them enough
time and space to gather their thoughts and contribute to discussions.It will assist students
in making better use of their time and in becoming more productive.
3.     Checking class attendance in a virtual classroom (i.e.google meet or zoom)- I will seek
permission from my mentor to prepare and monitor class attendance.By starting this she
will be able to simplify her work.

Learning environment 1:
·        What have you noticed of the display in the class bulletin board?What message
or theme does it convey? 
-The display in the class bulletin is attractive,the colors and its design are very
appropriate for the color of the wall. The message definitely conveyed the
purpose which is to inform the students.
·           What makes it attractive to the learner?
·        the color and its design.It also motivates children through educational
and entertaining activities.
·         Does it help in the learning process?How?

-yes, because it helps them to be aware and informed on what thing they should
know and remember that displays in the bulletin board

 
Learning Environment 2?
·        If the teacher is using a distance delivery of learning through the
modules,where is most likely the learning space of students?
-Google meetis most likely the learning space of the students
·        Can you describe ?

-a type of software application that allows dozens of people .It is also


cheaper than other applications online.
·        How can you as a teacher help to make such an environment conducive
for learning?
-by using  virtual software applications expanding their options and
giving them opportunity to learn either online or face to face class

As a teacher, in which of the two situations would you prefer to manage for learningChoose between
learning environment 1 or learning Environment 2. Explain your choice: Why?

a.As a teacher,it's our responsibility to provide the best environment for the children to feel and
experience a conducive  learning environment

b. It affects not just the students but also the teachers

c. we can expand the learning options of the students.

OBSERVE
        What probable problem may result  from the two situations of the learning environment?
 I think the probable problem is how sure the teacher is that his/her  students are learning  using
these two learning environments.
REFLECT
     What solutions can I think of  to solve the problem?
        -As a teacher, we should always observe the struggles and progress of every student.Make sure that
the students should pass the activity that shows that he/she did the task. We must have a plan A and B in
place to meet all the students’ learning needs and interests.And to be able to do that,we must be adaptable 
in everything we do and inform students that they are also need to reflect on how well they're and they
plan to have a good and healthy environment.
PLAN
     How should I do it?
 As a teacher, we should exert extra effort,willingness and assist the children in their
needs.Prepare a pre-test and post-test  to determine the knowledge of the students.Always check
your students activities and  provide options on what learning they want.

1. B- because the learning environment is more than just a classroom. It's a space in which students
feel safe and supported in their pursuit of knowledge as well as inspired by their surroundings.It
refers to diverse locations,contexts and cultures in which students learn.
2. B-online learning happens anytime,anywhere and anyplace.It is very accessible and offers an
efficient way to deliver lessons to students.
3. A- Face to face  classes  is the situation where learners can learn more about the physical
presence and intervention of the teacher.There is where the teacher and the student meet in a set
place for a set time and It provides learning material that is taught in person to a group of
students.
4. B- the two kinds of learning environment encourages  independence and self-management of the
learners is virtual/online because the learners are given time to learn on their own and progress at
their own rate. 
5. D- to be able to improve the physical learning environment we must use tables with chairs to
allow cooperative learning ,provide learning spaces or corners for independent study and give
credits to success  than failures

  In not less than 300 words,write an essay on the topic :” My Conducive Learning Environment”
                           

                                      My Conducive Learning Environment


              As a future teacher,I plan to emphasize the following qualities in my conducive  learning
environment in order for students to be successful.One important tool necessary for the student to
succeed is a conducive learning environment. A positive and a good learning environment is important
for students' success as it promotes academic achievements.There are many components that must be
considered in schools to create a positive learning environment for students.Having a comfortable 
physical space where children are able to sit comfortably,see and understand what their teacher is
saying , as well as socialise with their fellow classmates.Teachers in the classroom should create safer
and a positive learning environment . A positive interaction should be created and helps in promoting
the students social and emotional wellbeing.we should reinforce positive behaviors through
strengthening and motivating positive and productive learning in school.Having a conducive learning
environment increases students attention and focus , promotes meaningful learning
experiences ,encourages higher levels of student performance  and motivates  students to practice
higher level critical thinking skills.
                 The importance of having a conducive classroom in the learning of every student helps
improve improve attention,reduce anxiety and supports emotional and behavioral regulation of
students.A conducive learning environment enables teachers to better manage, motivate and engage
their charges.The teacher and the parents in school can help the students by developing some intrinsic
motivation. Creating a positive environment is not just creating a colorful and inviting atmosphere, it is
creating an emotionally stable, nurturing and constructed atmosphere with respect for students and
teachers.
                 As a future teacher, we should intend to make our classroom welcoming and accommodating
to children. Learning should be planned into creating an effective classroom environment.
