The meeting was officiated by the principal, Maam Cirila B. Degollacion. All approved. Motion carried.
The following Agenda were discussed and agreed, to wit:

A. Date and Time of the first Homeroom PTA Meeting which will be held on June 21, 2019.
Grade-7 and 9- will have at 8:00 in the morning while Grade 8 and 10 will have at 1:00 in the afternoon.
* Things to prepare:
 Letter for the Parents – to be distributed by respective class advisers on June 17,2019
 Attendance Sheets
 Cleanliness of Classroom and Ground assignment

B. Agenda to be discussed by the respective teacher adviser during the HRPTA meeting;
1. School Policy
2. Grading System by Subject area (Dep.Ed order no.8 series of 2015)
3. Election of HRPTA Officers
4. Showcasing of students Outputs
5. Lists of Homeroom Project/s undertaken

C. It was agreed that on or before June 24,2019 class advisers are advised to submit the following report at the office
( to be collected by the respective grade level coordinator) .

A. Duties and Responsibilities
-respective duties and responsibilities by teaching position ex. T-I,T-II,T-III, MTs,HTs has been properly
explained by the principal,Mr. Cayacap.
B. Teaching Loads
-Mr. Cayacap consulted all the teachers if there were conflicts of schedule about the teaching loads given to
them , for the S.Y. 2017-2018.

C. School Calendar for S.Y. 2017-2018


-school calendar for the school year 2017-2018 was presented . To wit:
-All Master Teachers from each subject area were told make and submit their calendar of activities for
School Year 2017-2018
D. Ancilliary Services
-different special assignments/ancillaries were properly explained as to what are the concerns and to whom
were the responsibilities be given. Every designated chairman of the assigned assignment shall submit the
list of their members, prepare an Action Plan and Calendar of Activities.
E. Other Matters
-agreed by everybody to conduct a feeding program in line of the Health and Nutrition Program for the
Students.
-adoption of new School Forms
-implementation of Gulayan sa Paaralan
