It shows that female has the highest
enrollment rate in the S.Y 2017 -2018
which 1312 compared to male which is
1197 a total number of 2509 enrollees.

The graph shows the school’s dropped out rate


from the S.Y 2009-2017. The S.Y 2013-2014 has the
lowest dropped out rate which is 2.88% while on the
other hand the highest dropped out rate is 21.4% for
the S.Y 2017-2018. Therefore, the schools dropped
out rate is constraint every school year due to major
reasons which are early marriage, peer influence,
Illness, Distance between home and school, Family
Problem, and Lack of Interest.
PROMOTION RATE

The school’s promotional data indicates the


different promotional rate in every school year. In S.Y
2009-2010 the promotional rate is 89.6 higher than in
S.Y 2010-2011 which is 79.12%. It also decreases to
78.62% in S. Y 2011-2012.It increases again into
82.91% in school year 2013-2014, and 2014-2015. In
the following year it rapidly increases into 90.88%
and in it reaches the highest rate which is 95.5% in
S.Y 2016-2017 but decreases to 92.63 in 2017-2018

schools’ MPS- Mean Percentage Score. In the
S.Y 2015-2016 the school got the highest MPS
rate which is 51.3, but on the other hand it
decreases the rank of the school.

LITERACY LEVEL

The literacy level of the school indicates the students’


performance in both English and Filipino subjects. In the S.Y 2015-
2016 the total number of independent level is 693, the instructional
level is 872 and the frustration level is 497. In S.Y 2016-2017 it has a
higher number of independent learner which is 1355, instructional
level is 55, and a lower number of frustration level which is 521.

NUTRITIONAL STATUS
The nutritional report of the school indicates the
students’ nutritional status. In the S.Y 2016-2017 the
highest number of severely wasted students which is
55, wasted is 183, normal is 1689, overweight is 21
and obese is 4 compared from the previous S.Y 2013-
2016.

Level 2 which is Maturing stage in Qualitative
Interpretation.

This survey is to be accomplished by the School
Planning Team, based on CFSS point system. The
school got a total of 29 points which is equivalent
to a” Child Friendly School”.
TEACHER – STUDENT
RATIO
This report compares the actual ratio of learners to
teachers against the standard. From the presented
pie graph it show ins that the current S.Y 2017-
2018 has the highest ration level of actual learners
to teachers which is 50:1.

This report compares the actual ratio of learners to
classroom against the standard. From the presented
bar graph it shows that from the S.Y 2015-2018
pointed highest ration level of actual learners to
classroom which is 50:1.

STUDENT – TOILET RATIO


This report compares the actual ratio of
learners to toilet against the standard. From
the presented bar graph it shows that from the
two consecutive S.Y 2014-2015, and 2015-2016
pointed the same highest ratio level of actual
learners to toilet which is 200:1 compared to
S.Y 2016-2017, and S.Y 2017-2018 which is
100:1.

has the actual ratio of learners to seat
which is 1:1 according to the standard
form.

LEARNER’S MATERIAL
The table shows the count of shortages/excess in learners’
materials per grade level based on what the students are using
during the school year 2017 -2018. In the Grade 7 level pointed out
the highest number of shortage in learning materials which is 118
for AP, and FIL subjects, and also 120 for Science subject compared
to Grade 8 Level which has only 68 for Music and Arts, 66 for PE
and Health and 7 for AP. For the number of excess in Learning
Materials, Grade 10 has the highest number which is 37 in MUSIC
AND ARTS ,and for PE AND HEALTH, 33 for ENG, SCIE, MATH
, ESP, AP and Fil subjects, compared to Grade 9 Level that has 35
for SCI, and only 14 for AP, MUSIC AND ARTS, PE AND
HEALTH, FIL, and ENG.

TEACHER PROFESSIONAL
DEVELOPMENT
This indicates the number of teachers who attended
training/further studies. The school conducted trainings which are the
MPRE-Mid Year Performance Review Evaluation, INSET-In-Service
Training for Teachers, LAC- Learning Action Cell these are with the
same number of participants which is 85 and lastly the Action Research
Training with 9 participants.

FUNDING SOURCE

The funding amount and source of the school is from the MOOE-
Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses. For the S.Y 2017-2018 the
school received a funding amount of Php 2,642,161.00, noted that there
will be an increase every year. There are also other funding resources
like the school’s publication together with the SSG which is a voluntary
contribution from the students. The school also has an income generating
canteen.
