THE INTRAMURAL PROGRAM
RATIONALE:
Physical Education is one of the components of MAPEH, it is an integral
part of an educational program or system designed to promote the optimum
development of an individual physically, mentally, socially, emotionally,
spiritually through total body movements in the performance of the properly
selected physical activities.
The legal basis of this component can be found in the 1987
Philippine Constitution (Article XIV, paragraph 1-2), where it promotes
physical fitness to become active citizen of the nation. Physical Education
offers different sports competitions and one of these is the Intramural
Program.
Intramural Program is an activity enjoyed by the students within
the walls of the schools. This composed of different sports program that the
students can participate. Aside from preparation for higher sports
competition, this program will also help the students promote physical
fitness and expose the students to different kinds of activities or sports. This
program will help the students boost their confidence, self-esteem, skills and
talents. This will also help develops their social aspect by
interacting/socializing with others.
The Intramural Program is a yearly activity and part of the
Physical Education curriculum. This must be implemented through the effort
of the Head of the School with the help of the teachers under the MAPEH
department. The schedule of this program depends on the approval of the
said date and it is actually implemented on the second quarter of the school
year.
The Intramural Program must be organized and at the same time
well managed that's why it should compose of different workforce to make
the activity possible and successful. The workforce compose of
organizational structure and working committees in running the said event.
The tasks/designation must be clearly disseminated so that there will be a
smooth implementation of the program.
A well-planned intramural program will result to a more
competitive team and assured students participation regarding the different
sports competition.

CITY PUBLIC SECONDARY SCHOOL AMATEUR ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION MEET sa
darating na ika-4 hanggang ika-7 ng Nobyembre 2015. Ito ay isang kompetisyon sa
larangan ng isports sa lahat ng pampublikong paaralan sa siyudad ng Mabalacat.
Angnaiisin ng programang ito ay mapaunlad ang talento ng ating mga estudyante
sa larangan ng isports at maisakatuparan ang minimithi nilang malusog at malakas
nilang pangangatawan.
Isa itong importanteng kompetisyon na kakaylanganin naming ang inyong
suporta. Nais po sana naming makahingi sa inyo ng PINANSYAL NA TULONG para sa
aming susuotin na UNIPORME na aming gagamitin sa mismong kompetisyon.
Ang inyong maitutulong ay malugod naming ipagpapasalamat. Makakaasapo
kayo na gagawin naming ang higit pa sa kaylangan naming gawin para po sa inyo,
sa mga estudyante at sa ating minamahal na Mabalacat National High School.
