James McDermott is co-founder and CEO of Lytics. James was previously CEO of Storycode, a mobile software company acquired by Postano and vice president, business development at Webtrends, an analytics and optimization company.

CTO

Drew Lanenga is Lytics’ CTO, responsible for ensuring that Lytics’ industry-leading AI products and innovations remain at the forefront of data-driven technologies and trends. Prior to Lytics, Drew was an entrepreneur and hacker-in-residence at Techstars and Qualtrics.

Eric Sniff

VP of Engineering

Eric Sniff is the Vice President of Engineering at Lytics and has spent the last decade ensuring the Lytics platform is stable, efficient, and scalable. Outside of work, he enjoys cherishing quality time with his wife and three kids, striking a harmonious balance between his career and family life.

Mark Hayden

VP of Product

Mark Hayden is the VP of Product at Lytics. He joined in 2014 as an integrations engineer and has played a pivotal role in designing the Lytics platform from the ground up. Prior to Lytics, Mark worked at Cozy and Santy.
