Jarred Holt was booked into the jail at 5:39 a.m. on a felony parole warrant, according to officials. Authorities said Holt told medical staff he had ingested cocaine before his arrest.
Joe Wilburn defeated Bill Schick about 56 percent to 44 percent, while King secured about 60 percent of the vote in Position 1, followed by Don Zeek at 23 percent and Rodney Strambler II at 17 percent.
Housed in the former home economics building built in the early 20th century, the center holds memorabilia, including letterman jackets, graduation books dating back to 1917 and other items meant to help newer generations take pride in the district’s history.

Police are asking for the public's help in identifying suspects in a shooting at a party in Amarillo, Texas, that killed two teenagers and wounded 10 other people. Authorities say they are looking for two people who opened fire at an apartment complex at about 2 a.m. Saturday. The motive was unclear. Police are asking local residents to check their doorbell and surveillance cameras for any unusual activity around that time.
