Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 2 (5-ounce) cans tuna, drained

  • 1/4 cup matchstick carrots, roughly chopped

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped English cucumber

  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced

  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro

  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 -2 tablespoons Sriracha, plus more to taste

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Directions

  1. Combine drained tuna, carrots, cucumber, green onions, jalapenos, and cilantro in a bowl. Add lime juice, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Sriracha, and soy sauce; stir gently until well incorporated. Adjust seasoning as desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
