Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin

  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided

  • 2 boneless pork loin chops

  • ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix salt, cumin, coriander, garlic, and 1 tablespoon olive oil to form a paste. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, and rub with paste.

  2. Heat remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and cook pork chops, about 5 minutes on each side, to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
