Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings 1 ¼ cups wheat bran 1 cup buttermilk ½ cup vegetable oil ¾ cup brown sugar 1 egg 1 tablespoon molasses 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt ½ cup golden raisins Directions Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
