Original recipe (1X) yields 18 servings 2 ½ cups wheat bran 1 ½ cups sifted all-purpose flour 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 2 eggs 1 ½ cups nonfat plain yogurt ½ cup white sugar ¼ cup molasses 2 ½ tablespoons unsweetened applesauce ½ cup chopped raisins Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 18 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners. Whisk wheat bran, four, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl. Beat eggs in another bowl.
