Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings

  • 4 cups half-and-half or light cream

  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine half-and-half, condensed milk, and vanilla in a large bowl; mix well. Pour into an ice cream freezer container. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.

Refrigerator-Freezer Method: Omit half-and-half. Combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla in a large bowl; mix well. Fold in 2 cups whipping cream. Pour into a 9x5-inch loaf pan or 2-quart container; cover. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours.
