Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings

  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree

  • ½ cup skim milk

  • 1 (1 ounce) package instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed

Directions

  1. Whisk pumpkin purée, milk, and pudding mix together in a medium bowl. Stir in pumpkin pie spice, then fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Pour into an 8-inch pie pan and cover with remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
