Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 2 Red Delicious apples, cored and diced

  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and diced

  • 4 stalks celery, diced

  • 1 cup toasted walnuts

  • ½ cup raisins

  • 2 tablespoons walnut oil

  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Toss together apples, celery, walnuts, and raisins in a large bowl; set aside.

  2. Whisk together walnut oil, cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

  3. Toss apples with dressing to serve.

Tips

To toast the nuts: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and spread the walnuts out on a baking sheet. Bake until fragrant, about 10 minutes.
