Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings ½ pound skinless, boneless chicken breast ½ cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon adobo seasoning ½ teaspoon granulated garlic 2 cups corn flakes cereal 1 teaspoon taco seasoning mix 1 serving cooking spray Directions Trim chicken breast of any visible fat and cut into bite-sized pieces. Combine flour, adobo seasoning, and garlic in a resealable plastic bag. Shake well. Add chicken pieces and toss to coat. Refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.
