Original recipe (1X) yields 1 servings 6 frozen strawberries, or more to taste ¾ cup milk 1 ½ tablespoons peanut butter 1 tablespoon blue agave nectar, or more to taste 1 tablespoon flax seeds Directions Combine strawberries, milk, peanut butter, agave, and flax seeds in a blender; blend until smooth. Cook's Notes: You can substitute the peanut butter with 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter mixed with 1 1/2 tablespoons water, if desired. Using frozen strawberries eliminates the use of ice. Swap out the strawberries for blackberries, raspberries, or blueberries. Any dairy or nut milk can be used.
