Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 1 servings

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • ½ cup frozen strawberries, chopped

  • ¼ cup apple juice

  • ½ cup ice cubes

  • ¼ cup vanilla nonfat yogurt

Directions

  1. Combine mango, strawberries, and apple juice in a blender. Place ice over the fruit and pour in yogurt. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into a glass.
