Original recipe (1X) yields 18 servings ⅓ cup milk 2 teaspoons pineapple juice 1 cup white sugar, divided ½ cup unsalted butter, softened 1 large egg 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder ¼ teaspoon baking soda 2 teaspoons crushed pineapple 2 tablespoons pineapple juice 1 tablespoon crushed pineapple Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
