Something went wrong. Our team is working on it. Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 1 (9 inch) frozen pie crust 4 eggs 1 ½ cups milk 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese 1 (8 ounce) package diced cooked ham 2 tablespoons melted butter 1 tablespoon dried chives (Optional) 1 pinch salt to taste Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place pie crust on a cookie sheet. Beat eggs together in a mixing bowl. Add milk, Cheddar cheese, ham, butter, chives, and salt; mix well. Pour into pie crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and bake until top is slightly browned, about 10 minutes. Cook’s Note For added taste, substitute bacon for 1/2 of the ham cubes, and voilà — it's instantly a ham, bacon, and cheese quiche!
