Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 8 (4 inch) skewers

  • 24 leaves fresh basil

  • 8 blackberries

  • 8 small fresh mozzarella balls

  • 8 dried apricots

  • ½ tablespoon balsamic glaze, or to taste

Directions

  1. Assemble skewers in this order: basil leaf, blackberry, basil leaf, mozzarella ball, basil leaf, and a dried apricot.

  2. Drizzle skewers with balsamic glaze and serve.

Cook's Note:

Fold basil leaves in half if large.
