This is a decadent tasting fruit dip but is actually healthier than most fruit dips. It's especially delicious with strawberries, or even poured over a bowl of raspberries, blueberries, sliced peaches, etc.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 16 servings

  • 1 (16 ounce) container Greek yogurt

  • 1 (1 ounce) package sugar free instant cheesecake-flavored pudding mix (such as Jell-O®)

  • ½ teaspoon poppy seeds

  • 6 tablespoons 1% milk

Directions

  1. Combine yogurt, cheesecake pudding mix, and poppy seeds in a small bowl; stir to combine. Mix in milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
