Spiced Chai Fruit Dip

This dip tastes like a cup of chai tea! I originally created it as a frosting for a cake.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 24 servings

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt

  • ¾ cup white sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Stir sour cream, vanilla yogurt, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until uniformly mixed. Mix in nutmeg and cinnamon.

Cook's Note:

To use as a frosting, mix in 3 teaspoons cornstarch, 1 teaspoon at a time, until a spreadable consistency is reached.
