Original recipe (1X) yields 10 servings Cajun Seasoning: 2 ½ teaspoons onion powder 2 teaspoons sea salt 2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 ¼ teaspoons dried oregano 1 ¼ teaspoons dried thyme 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes Tartar Sauce: 1 cup olive oil mayonnaise ⅓ cup sweet pickle relish 1 medium lemon, juiced Directions Make the seasoning: Mix onion powder, salt, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes together in a small bowl until well combined. Reserve 2 tablespoons seasoning for tartar sauce; save remaining seasoning in an airtight container for another use.
