Original recipe (1X) yields 48 servings 1 ¼ cups reduced fat margarine ½ cup white sugar ¾ cup packed brown sugar 2 egg whites 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 3 cups rolled oats Directions Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, white sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg whites one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
