Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings ½ cup all-purpose flour ¼ teaspoon baking powder ½ cup white sugar ½ cup rolled oats 2 tablespoons light corn syrup ⅓ cup melted butter 2 tablespoons cream 1 tablespoon vanilla extract Directions Sift together flour, baking powder and sugar.
