Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage

  • 1 (16 ounce) package coleslaw mix

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • ¼ cup toasted sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. Gather all ingredients.

  2. Cook and stir sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly, about 10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
