Original recipe (1X) yields 22 servings 2 cups all-purpose flour ½ cup oat bran 1 tablespoon baking powder ½ teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt ½ cup brown sugar ¼ cup butter, softened 1 egg, beaten 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup mashed ripe bananas ½ cup almond milk ½ cup chopped fresh cranberries 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
