Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings

  • 1 cup light vanilla soy milk

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree

  • 6 ice cubes

  • 1 small banana

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 pinch pumpkin pie spice, or to taste (Optional)

Directions

  1. Combine vanilla soy milk, pumpkin puree, ice, banana, vanilla protein powder, ground cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice in a blender; blend until smooth.
