Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 1 servings

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoons white sugar

  • 1 ½ teaspoons milk

  • 1 teaspoon chopped rhubarb

  • teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Mix egg, flour, sugar, milk, rhubarb, and cinnamon together in a large microwave-safe mug.

  2. Cook on high until cake rises above the top of the mug, about 3 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute before serving.
