Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings

  • 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste

Directions

  1. Mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, mint, dill, and kosher salt together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate up to 12 hours.

Cook’s Note

Using a very good olive oil is crucial to the flavor.

Herbs can be any that you prefer. I like to use dill and mint.
