Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings

  • 2 peeled and chopped bananas, frozen

  • ½ cup skim milk

Directions

  1. Combine frozen bananas and 1/4 cup skim milk in a blender; blend for 30 seconds. Add remaining 1/4 cup milk and blend on high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds more.

Recipe Tip

If you like it sweet, you can add 1 teaspoon white sugar and blend for 30 more seconds.
