Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings 2 tablespoons butter, softened 1 baguette, cut into 3/4-inch-thick slices 2 avocados, peeled and pitted 10 cherry tomatoes, chopped ½ onion, minced (Optional) ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread butter onto 1 side of each baguette slice. Mix avocados, tomatoes, and onion in a bowl until smooth and consistent in texture; scoop onto butter-side of baguette slices.
