Grandma's Cucumber and Onion Salad

4.7
(66)

Both of my grandmas made this cucumber onion salad every summer when their gardens produced baskets of cukes. It's a cool, fresh side dish for any meal. One of my grandmas omitted the green pepper and celery seed. She also added ice to chill it quickly and cut the vinegar taste.
