Original recipe (1X) yields 10 servings 2 tablespoons butter 40 mushrooms, stems removed ½ pound Italian sausage ¼ cup chopped onion 2 cloves minced garlic ½ cup dry bread crumbs ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese ⅓ cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon dried parsley Directions Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
