Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules (such as Nescafe®) ¼ cup hot water 1 cup cottage cheese ¾ cup heavy whipping cream ½ cup confectioners' sugar 1 (5.3 ounce) package ladyfinger cookies ½ (16 ounce) package fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced 4 whole fresh strawberries Directions Stir instant coffee granules and water together in a bowl until dissolved.
