Original recipe (1X) yields 18 servings 1 (15.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix ½ cup butter or margarine 1 large egg 1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin puree ⅔ cup evaporated milk 3 large eggs ½ cup white sugar 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon 1 cup brown sugar ¼ cup butter or margarine Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch pan. Reserve 1 cup cake mix from the package. In a bowl, combine remaining cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg.
