Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 2 (7 ounce) cans whole green chiles, drained 1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese 4 large eggs 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 ½ (5 ounce) cans evaporated milk 1 pound shredded Monterey Jack cheese 2 (10 ounce) cans green enchilada sauce Directions Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
