Original recipe (1X) yields 10 servings 2 cups fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and halved 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 3 large eggs, lightly beaten 1 ¼ cups hot water ¼ cup butter, melted 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 cups French bread, torn into small pieces Caramel Sauce: ½ cup brown sugar ½ cup butter 2 tablespoons light corn syrup 1 tablespoon rum Directions Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Chop peaches and place in a large bowl; mash peaches lightly using a fork. Combine condensed milk and beaten eggs in a separate bowl; add to peaches and mix well. Stir in hot water, melted butter, cinnamon, and vanilla. Fold in bread until bread is completely moistened. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish.
