Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 1 cup vegetable oil

  • ½ cup white sugar

  • cup white wine vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

  • 1 bunch spinach - rinsed, stems removed, and chopped

  • 10 large strawberries, sliced

Directions

  1. Blend oil, sugar, vinegar, and salt in a blender until smooth. Stir in poppy seeds.

  2. Place spinach and strawberries into a large bowl. Pour in dressing and toss to coat.
