Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings 3 pounds ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1 ½ cups chopped celery 1 tablespoon minced garlic 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon grill seasoning ½ teaspoon cumin ½ teaspoon paprika 2 tablespoons chili powder 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 (28 ounce) bottle ketchup ¼ cup brown sugar ¼ cup water Directions Cook the ground beef, onion, and celery in a large skillet over medium-high until the meat is fully cooked; drain off the excess liquid.
