Stuffed celery, it's easy to make and kids love it. My Great Grandma always made this and my cousins and I used to fight over the last piece.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 16 servings

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tablespoons sour cream

  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts

  • 20 green olives with pimento, chopped

  • 1 bunch celery, trimmed and cut into logs

  1. Gather all ingredients.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in the walnuts and chopped olives.

  3. Spread filling onto the celery pieces.

    Cook’s Note

    To make bite-sized appetizer servings, cut the celery into 1-inch pieces instead of logs. The filling is also good on crackers.
