Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets orange roughy

  • ½ lemon

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ¼ cup butter, softened

  • ¼ cup prepared Dijon mustard mayonnaise blend

  • 1 large clove garlic, pressed

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon paprika, or to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven's broiler and set the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source.

  2. Place fillets on the broiler pan and squeeze lemon over fillets.

  3. Broil in the preheated oven for 6 to 8 minutes.

  4. Combine Parmesan, butter, Dijionnaise, garlic, and salt in a small bowl. Spread Parmesan mixture on top of fillets. Sprinkle with paprika.
