Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt

  • 4 (2 ounce) flounder filets

Directions

  1. Whisk olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and celery salt together in a bowl. Pour into a resealable plastic bag.

  2. Add flounder filets, coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  3. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.

  4. Cook the flounder on the preheated grill until the filets flake easily with a fork, about 4 minutes per side.
