Helpful (0) Peach Cobbler 08/09/2008 WONDERFUL! This cobbler has that old-fashioned taste that our grandmothers would rave about. It was easy to make and gone within seconds. I used a 13x9 pan for a larger serving size. A must try! Helpful (0) No-Rise Pizza Dough 11/08/2007 I tried a couple of suggestions my first time making this dough. I disolved the yeast and sugar in the warm water, and I baked our "pie" deepdish style. It was perfect for such an easy recipe! Not quite what we are used to here in New Jersey, but the family gobbled it up and I'll use this recipe again and again! Helpful (0) Jägerschnitzel 03/06/2006 Delicious! I followed the directions exactly. I used seasoned breadcrumbs. Once the pork was browned, I put them on a plate I had warmed in the oven (I had scalloped potatoes in there cooking), then I wrapped that all up in tin foil to keep them warm on the counter while the sauce simmered. This recipe was easier than I had thought it would be and reminded me of being in Germany. My german husband said "This is EXCELLENT!" apon his first bite. We told our little girls it was chicken and they ate it right up (hee hee). Will definately make this dish again and again! Helpful (6) Bow Tie Medley 02/28/2006 A bit on the bland side in my opinion. Some garlic salt and extra parm. cheese helped it out alot. The red onions were a bit much for my family (I'll use white next time). If you have small children, the prep time is more like 20 minutes. Refreshing and filling, just needs some added flavor. Helpful (2) Chicken Slop 02/22/2006 Surprisingly yummy and EASY! I used the 98% fat free soup and "restaurant style" larger croutons (weren't mushy in the end). The soup and crouton mix created an instant stuffing and gravy to go with the chicken. Meat was nice and juicy. I liked the salty taste myself, went well with the chicken. Very easy to make, and great for kids to help with. Next time I'm going to throw some raisins in to add to the stuffing effect. This busy mama gives it 2 thumbs up! Helpful (8)
