How to Make Nutella S'mores Ravioli After sifting through dozens of recipe suggestions submitted by the Allrecipes community, Kimlai was inspired to make this deep-fried fusion dessert. To make her Nutella S'mores Ravioli, first, you will crack and whisk one egg — this egg will be used as the glue for the ravioli. Then, place the chocolate hazelnut spread into a resealable plastic bag, which will act as a piping bag. Set both aside. Now grab a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and separate 24 wonton wrappers onto the sheet. Next, heat up two cups of Canola oil. While that heats up, stuff 12 wonton wrappers with about ½ a teaspoon of chocolate hazelnut spread, a few mini chocolate chips, and four to five mini marshmallows. Once the wrappers are filled, put the egg wash around the edges of the ravioli and top with another wonton wrapper. Remember to seal the edges! Next, perform the wonton oil test to see if you're ready to fry: Place a wonton in oil and if it crisps up quickly, that means the oil is ready to go. If it starts to brown quickly, it's too hot. You want the wontons to be a golden brown, and even if it looks white in the pan, it will continue to cook when you remove it. Fry the ravioli for about 30 seconds — it goes fast, so keep your eye on the stove. After fried, plate the ravioli and top with chocolate or caramel sauce and roasted chopped hazelnuts. Dust powdered sugar over the ravioli and enjoy!
