Raja Ampat[]
Losing his ally Lisa Legouverneur at the Mambok tribe's first Tribal Council and being blindsided again by witnessing Catherine Barnier being voted out at their next, Martin was relegated to the minority going forward alongside Olivier Moenaert and Gérard Urdampilleta. However, with his tribe having won all remaining tribal Immunity Challenges, Martin successfully made it to the merge. Before the tribes merged, Anthony Amar and Martin were selected by their respective tribes to be scouts. Their task was to visit their rival tribe's camp for a night and choose who would be their Ambassador. Anthony and Martin selected Olivier and Teheiura Teahui, respectively, and secretly watched as the latter pair agreed to eliminate Maxime Boulet.
Going into the merge, the original Mambok tribe members proceeded to pagong the original Wasaï tribe members. However, the voting bloc encountered a speed bump when Olivier was "idoled out" by Patricia Morel at the Final Ten. After it was revealed that Patricia's silence regarding her Hidden Immunity Necklace was in violation of a deal made between the Ambassadors at the Ambassadors' Meeting and that this silence was based on advice that Martin had given Anthony, Florence had some fights with Martin and Patricia. With Florence's explosive behaviour being deemed unacceptable by Martin and Gérard, the pair flipped on her and she was voted out at the Final Nine. After this, Martin felt confident that this new group would form the Final Five and they would pagong Florence's alliance on the way. However, Martin was immediately blindsided because Alexandra Pouillon and Teheiura flipped on him due to his treachery and improving performances in challenges.
Fortunately for Martin, he reentered the game a few days later after Virginie Jarry had been evacuated. Martin changed his strategy yet again and aligned himself with Ella Gbezan, Laurent Maistret, and Gérard again in order to resume their pagonging of the original Wasaï tribe members. With Teheiura failing to win individual immunity at the Final Six, he appeared to be the new target of Martin's alliance. However, Martin knew that this vote would be too obvious and, as a result, Teheiura would be playing his Hidden Immunity Necklace at Tribal Council. Therefore, Martin's alliance blindsided Alexandra instead as Teheiura used his Hidden Immunity Necklace unsuccessfully on himself. When Teheiura won the final individual Immunity Challenge the next cycle, Martin was voted out unanimously as his allies felt that he was the least deserving among them to continue forward.

La Nouvelle Édition[]
Martin started off the game on a positive note by being the male winner of the opening challenge for a Hidden Immunity Necklace. After the opening challenge, Denis Brogniart revealed to the eleven active contestants that they would be starting off the game individually rather than in tribes. With there being more women than men, Isabelle Da Silva formed an alliance with the five other women and they agreed to vote off either Phil Bizet or Philippe Duron at the first Tribal Council. However, Florence Delbarre Reuter and Laurence Pizzocchia were hesitant to follow through on this plan due to their prior ties to Laurent Maistret and Philippe, respectively. The pair informed the men and, in turn, the men formed a counter-alliance and promised Florence and Laurence safety if they join them, which they did. The group originally planned to vote against Sandra Acabado at Tribal Council for not contributing as much around camp, but with the threat of her Hidden Immunity Necklace looming, they voted out ringleader Isabelle instead and left the rest of her alliance blindsided. The next cycle, Freddy Boucher and Teheiura Teahui entered the game, bringing with them fire that they had started during their long trek in the first cycle. With the pair picking their respective tribemates, Martin was selected by Freddy to be a part of the Simban tribe.
Martin made the merge alongside all of the other male competitors and Christina Chevry. With Freddy and Christina on the outs of an alliance of six, Martin easily made the Final Six where he was eliminated after finishing last in the fourth individual Immunity Challenge, which was also an elimination challenge. The following day, Martin faced Teheiura in a duel to reenter the game, which he won. At the Final Five, Laurent sensed that he was in danger of being voted out due to his challenge prowess, so he and Martin successfully convinced Phil to join them in voting out Philippe, who had already won Koh-Lanta before. Having made it to the finale, Martin won the Perch challenge at the Final Three and took Laurent to the Final Two instead of Phil.
At the Final Tribal Council, though Martin was respected by the jury, he lost unanimously to Laurent as the latter had garnered even more respect and had a better story.
