Synopsis[]
The episode opens with Jasmine presenting Emma with her birthday present. She tells her that she and Ryan got it together as Emma says how she really wanted the present they got her, a Takoyaki machine. Jasmine asks if Emma wants to go to a cocktail bar.
Hailey and Kat enter Ryan’s room to find that he’s not there. Hailey is surprised, saying Ryan can’t even walk now as Kay realizes he must have left in his original form. Hailey says how this isn’t possible since he took the pill but Kat argues that there’s a pile of fur so he must have left. She then thinks that after depending on the pill for years must have caused him to form a resistance to it. After realizing that he must be walking around in his original form, the girls rush out to find Ryan.
The girls call Mrs. Nam who tells them that she’ll try to get The Association to find him. Hailey points out to Kat that it’ll be fine if the worst he does is attack a cattle farm but they’ll be in troublue if he attacks any humans. She says how worst case scenario would be he gets shot but he’ll likely end up in jail. This freaks out Kat to the point of passing out.
Emma and Jasmine are at the cocktail bar she mentioned earlier. Jasmine points out how it’s her first birthday after her and Victor started dating and he’s not even with her. She asks if Emma is sure that they’re okyou and Emma responds that she’s not sure. Emma goes on to say that Victor’s a nice guy but he treats everyone the same way he treats her. Jasmine asks if she means she doesn’t feel special.
Hailey and Kat desperately search for Ryan by using Hailey’s Crystal ball to search every mountain in Korea and Kat searches breaking news on her phone. Hailey asks if she’s found anything and Kat shakes her head I’m response. Frustrated, Hailey calls Johan a lazy a$$hole and says that he must’ve made the pill with his eyes closed or something.
Emma overhears, realizing the girls must still be awake. She walks to her room, thinking about how she drank too much and when she enters the room, sees a very large dog. (Somehow) This triggers a flashback to when Emma’s parents first left. Emma says how his parents are going overseas for at least five years and she can’t go back since her brother is sick. Ryan thinks this is crazy because they’re family and they should stick together, but Emma says her parents said it would be easier to go with only her brother since he’s sick. Ryan started crying and when Emma asked why he said that he’s crying because she’s not.
As the flashback ends, Emma notices that the dog is crying. She tries to soothe him by letting his nose and realizes how soft he is. Emma decides to take evidence this time, but si ce the dog is so big, only the ear came in the picture. She realizes no one will notice a dog like this and wishes she had gotten a selfie stick.

Once again noticing how soft and warm the dog is, Emma falls asleep on it.
