Inspired by the Amaretto Sour served at New York’s now-closed NoMad Bar, a small measure of Campari finds its way into the classic served at Brooklyn’s Grand Army. It might sound unorthodox on paper, but the tweak is designed to be almost imperceptible, offering just enough bitterness to cut the inherent sweetness of amaretto.
